1. Service Description

CrewXpress provides domestic purchasing agency services for international customers, buying and shipping products from within South Korea.

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1. Users must create an account using their email address and password or through Google Sign-Up.

2.2. Users must be at least 18 years old to register.

2.3. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

2.4. CrewXpress reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.

2.5. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

2.6. Google Sign-Up Option: CrewXpress offers the option to create an account using your Google credentials.

3. Service Usage

3.1. After logging in, users can select desired services.

3.2. Users must agree to the service terms before use.

3.3. Users must provide necessary information for order processing.

4. Orders and Shipping

4.1. Standard Shipping: Requests must be submitted at least 5 days before the hotel check-in date.

4.2. Express Shipping: Processed immediately upon order and payment, with delivery within 4 days.

4.3. Delivery Address: Service is limited to items purchasable within South Korea.

4.4. Shipping Cost: Fixed fee system applies, with potential additional charges for items with special characteristics.

5. Payment

5.1. Payments are accepted via credit card only; PayPal is not available.

5.2. Service usage is enabled after payment confirmation.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

6.1. Using the service for any illegal purposes.

6.2. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

6.3. Sharing account information with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

CrewXpress is not liable for:

7.1. Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7.2. Losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

7.3. Issues arising from third-party services or products.

8. Changes to Terms

CrewXpress reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; users will be notified of significant changes.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Korea.

10. Termination

CrewXpress may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CrewXpress and its licensors.

12. Account Deactivation

Accounts inactive for more than six months may be deactivated or deleted.

13. SMS Services

Authentication codes, invitations, and notifications may be sent via SMS.
